Welcome to my world. My name is Szilvia Máhr. I’m textile deigner since 2005. Owner of Brillantina and Tatika brands. I was formed at the University of Applied Arts in Budapest, I have studied and live in Italy and Finland as well. After the university I have collaborated with several designers and fashion studies as a textile designer before founding Brillantina. Tatika is a textile design studio where production and design collaborating at the same time.

I make patterns, printed textiles and logistics, my nice collegues are finishing my ideas to come true. I use mostly natural fabrics, though the point of my work is colour and the living combination of pattern, proportion and colour.

My profession, that I love, is not so much work but a hobby. I don’t follow any fashion trends. My creations bring joy to customers, who love unique products, not seen elsewhere. After a while I felt that the creative part of my work is reduced, so I challenged myself in other areas.
